Quality Control & Production

The production process for Pertex® requires that every intermediate step be controlled and tested to resolve any quality changes in the intermediate steps without making their way into the final product. All our plants are ISO-9000, and ISO-14000 certified.

Customers can therefore rest assured that quality standards are strictly maintained during all production cycles and that our procedures are in line with the latest industry standards.

Committed to manufacturing high-quality polymers, Sunnymer has developed and held the patent for the batch process and materialized the corresponding world- leading manufacturing facilities. The polyvinyl alcohol polymer produced by this technology has world-class high quality with a uniform degree of modification, a narrow range of degrees of hydrolysis, low ash value, and high purity. Sunnymer’s products are all industrialized implementations of patented technology or proprietary technology.

Pertex® is a registered trademark of Sunnymer.
